GHD Out For All! Plus, MotM, PopStorm, & More

Great news! Galactic Hot Dogs Island is now out for all. We will try to have a guide for the island soon, but in the meantime, the Poptropica Creators have their own video walkthrough.

Moving on, if you haven’t heard already, the Creators have a new Poptropica Comics series called Mystery of the Map. Don’t worry, the story still follows are favorite Poptropica Comic characters: Oliver and Jorge. So far, there have been 6 pages. To stay up to date, click here.

Realms, GHDI, & New Designs

As usual, lots of popping news to catch up on! First up, Poptropica Realms is now out for members!

We will provide more info after we’ve checked it out. 😉

Also, the official Galactic Hot Dogs Island Trailer is now out! We previously only had the teaser to look at.

The island will be popping up on the map for members on January 29 and on February 19 for nonmembers. However, the Creators to want to mention that these dates may change.

Besides the new trailer, GHD has a new paper craft as well! It is the Neon Wiener spaceship paper craft.

You can find and print out your own on the island’s Tour Page, or in the Poptropica Store.

In other news, the Creators’ Blog has been a little modified. Not much, but it now matches Poptropica’s updated look.

Talking about new designs, HP recently discovered some more behind the scenes artwork from one of Poptropica’s graphic designers. Specifically, Chris Goodwin’s portfolio. His Poptropica related sections include Scene Illustration, Character Design, and Concept Art. Of course, we’ve also mentioned Nate Greenwall’s portfolio before too. 🙂

Lastly, I would like to give a shout-out to Pixel (Nice Dragon), who completed Early Poptropica Island 1000 times! Now that’s impressive! 😀

Get your new Galactic Hot Dogs gear!

Hey guys, quick post here– The Creators just released two new items to the Poptropica Store to celebrate the upcoming release of Galactic Hot Dogs!

The first item is a F.R.E.D Follower, and it’s available free for everyone. That’s right.

The next item is a Galactic Space Suit only for members. Looking good.

Members can also print a GHD poster from the store with their Poptropican posing alongside Cosmoe, Humphree, and Princess Dagger.

Along with that, everyone can download the free GHD desktop wallpaper from the GHD Island Tour Page!

A Huge, Poppin’ Update!

Hey guys, I know it’s been a while, but winter break is here, so hopefully we will post more often! 😀 LOTS of updates, so let’s get started. FYI, some of these updates are probably a bit old.

Let’s start out with the big one: Galactic Hot Dog Island. The trailer is now out, along with the Tour Page.

Looks pretty cool! 😀

From the hit graphic novel comes the zaniest Poptropica adventure yet. Hop aboard the Neon Wiener for an intergalactic voyage with Cosmoe, Humphree, and Princess Dagger!

The Tour Page oddly indicates that this island will not have episodes. At least, the episodes aren’t included on the page. On that note, episodes will soon be no longer:

Well, I personally didn’t like the episodes, so I’m perfectly fine with this. What about you guys?

Anyway, back to GHD Island. Two new store items will soon be out. The FRED Follower is free and the Galactic Space Suit is only for members.

Along with the GHD items, a new Arabian Nights item is now out for members! It is for members only and entitled Plundered Armor.

Other than that, the Creators have released another behind the scenes image.

Shrink Ray SUI For All – Stressed Out Sea Life

shrink ray 2Hey guys just a quick post to let everyone know that Shrink Ray (SUI) will be out for everyone on December 4, which is this Thursday! And remember that the Shrink Ray Gun is free in the Poptropica Store!

In other news, since the release of the Poptropica App on Android, the amount of downloads has been amazing! Nearly at a rate of 6,000 per day! Now that’s pretty cool.

It’s a bit more difficult to tell what this sneak peek is for. Along with the image, the Creators said “We too get that busy, overwhelmed, confusing feeling.” That also doesn’t give anything away, at least not for me. However, the font used in “AHHHHHHH!” looks like it may be for Galactic Hot Dogs. What do you guys think? Comment below!
