The PTFP (Poptropica Tips for Poptropicans) has an email address where you can contact the authors for help, tips, glitches, or even to know us better! We want to help you as much as we can. A few things to note:
- We are not the Poptropica Creators, so for any suggestions for the game itself, you will have to use the official Poptropica Contact page. This includes any glitches or account problems you are having.
- Before sending an email, check the PTFP’s FAQ, Poptropica’s FAQ, or search in the search bar on the top right of the page.
- It is required to have an email address to send an email through the form. You can also email us directly at staff@poptropicatips.com. If you don’t have a valid email, there’s no way to respond to you!
- If you have a post idea or are interested in joining the team, feel free to contact us! We would love to have more members helping out or doing guest posts.
Other methods of contact include:

- Commenting under any posts or pages
- Messaging me or another author on the PTFP Discord chat

K, I just had to send in two separate emails-one is my picture for the winter art contest, the other was kind of a confirmation.
How do you make those awesome headers ( 2nd comment 😆 )
Depends. Half of the time, I use Microsoft Powerpoint and cut pictures by a tool called, “Snipping Tool.” The other half of the time, I use an Apple Inc app called, “Pic Collage.” Hope that helps!
I use a program called “Fireworks” however the program “Paint” helps sometimes too. 😉
I just use the Snipping Tool and Paint when I need to make stuff. I’ve never designed a header, but my method is nice because no downloads are necessary! 🙂
