It’s been awhile, but another Mashup Mondays is here! This time it’s on one of my personal favorite TV shows: Supernatural. Although, it’s rated TV-14, so make sure to get your parents permission first to watch it! Along with this post, I’m hoping to make a news one and maybe another random one soon. 😉 Also, there are some creature spoilers.
Direct Creations
I’ve found a couple of creations directly related to Supernatural, but there are plenty that indirectly relate too! Seriously, from Greek mythology to vampires and wraiths, the show has it all. Here they are:
To the left is a motivational poster made by 1313cookie (better known as Brave Tomato) on DeviantArt. Make sure to read the description or else you might not get the reference! To the right is Castiel, a character from Supernatural, on the Poptropica Fashion Wiki. Pretty good if I say so myself!
Indirect Costumes
Some costumes that I still think deserve a mention since they relate to the show are Devil Girl, Artemis, and Greek Goddess all on the Poptropica Fashion Wiki! Make sure to click the links to figure out how to make the costumes yourself:
Basically anything monster-related can relate to Supernatural in some way considering it’s on its twelfth season. Yes, you read that right: twelfth. That’s why I also wanted to link the PHB’s 8th Halloween/Autumn Contest winners!
Bits & Pieces
All that I’m going to be talking about here is how Poptropica relates to Supernatural, and it does in many, many ways! They include:
Supernatural has featured ghosts a lot. There have been nearly 50 episodes with ghosts. For a lot of series, that’s like two whole seasons. You can even visit Supernatural’s Ghost Wiki page to read about their powers, how to destroy them, etc.
Many Supernatural episodes also have deities, including Greek gods. The Greek gods featured in Supernatural have been Artemis, Atropos (and The Fates), Calliope, Chronos, Plutus, Prometheus, Oliver, and Zeus. Like Poptropica, the Zeus in Supernatural was also kind of a jerk. Luckily, though, Artemis saved the day! I always knew she was the best deity.
Last but not least, vampires. Once thought extinct, vampires have appeared in about 30 episodes. Sadly, there have only been a couple of good ones. No, it’s not like Twilight in Supernatural. Vampires are extremely deadly and difficult to kill. I mean, go look for yourself! Their abilities far outweigh their vulnerabilities.
These aren’t all the connections but just the main few! Supernatural also has zombies, angels, demons, and yes, dragons. Those are just the ones related to Poptropica that I can think of! Check out the wiki’s Monster page for even more.

Yeah I can do that! 🙂
Yay!
I bet you could say this is one *supernatural* Mashup Monday!
Yet I don’t get any of the references because I don’t watch Supernatural
A girl I know likes Supernatural. Like, a lot.
If you’ll excuse me, I’m going to try and use this to get her addicted to this. MWA HA HA HA HA HAAAA! *Runs off*
Awesome!! Yes, make her join us! 😀
I shall try! It is my duty! XD
