Island Hopper Sweepstakes Winners
The winners of the final week have been announced (getting a one-month Membership), along with the runner-up winners of the IHS, too (getting a six-month Membership)! 
The grand prize winner has even been told, receiving a 30-minute video call with Jeff Kinney! All of them except the grand prize winner are here in a slideshow for you:

Sketches and Sneak Peeks Tweets
The Creators have explained their more-quiet-than-usual absence, explaining in a Tweet they they’ve been working on some big stuff for 2016:
Looks like this guy is important enough to be Tweeted about and have a Sneak Peek in the Daily Pops about him… Hmm, maybe he’s related to the jungle/airplane theme we’ve been seeing lately? Also, they’ve shown some sketches of Reality TV characters:
Personally, I’m tied between the Cool Tech Nerd and The Librarian. Maybe even The Goth Girl, although that one has been used maybe too frequently.
David Bowie and Alan Rickman
The Creators have made some tributes to David Bowie and Alan Rickman, with David Bowie being a famous musician and Alan Rickman being a famous actor (perhaps most notably for the Harry Potter series as Snape). Poptropica has even released a costume based off Bowie before, called the Zaggy Moondust for Lunar Colony Island. They also mentioned Alan Rickman in one of their Tweets, commemorating him with a link to the ATP’s Snape costume. You both will be missed. ❤
