Hello fellow Poptropicans. I know it’s been a while… a LONG while… But the time has come for a new beginning. And a ton of news, of course.
First thing’s first. If you were here for the past 2 years, you may remember that I used to work here at Poptropica Tips about a year and a half ago. I then left due to some issues, such as being overwhelmed of school, losing interest in Poptropica, and just my life in general. I was rehired months later, but again, I didn’t stay as long as I intended to. I lost interest again, and things kept getting in the way. So I decided to resign.
However, recently I have developed a spark of interest in this particular field of gaming once again. I have gained interest in Poptropica once more. Hopefully I do not lose interest in it too soon as so I can stay and make more meaningful posts than I have done in the past.
Anyway, after writing my rather mysterious introduction (my third introduction anyway), I think it is appropriate that I write a little about myself so you can get to know me better.
I am a 15 year old girl who owns and runs a small blog called The Fandom Universe (it’s currently dead, but I’m working on it… Or will eventually). I love playing an online computer game called Poptropica. I admire playing tons of other video games as well, and classify myself as one of those gamer type of girls. My favorite television show is Doctor Who starring Matt Smith and David Tennant, and yes, I am a Whovian. I absolutely adore punk/rock music. I usually listen to the bands Crush 40, Simple Plan, All Time Low, Green Day, Thousand Foot Krutch, 5 Seconds of Summer, and Fall Out Boy, but my favorite band of all time is There for Tomorrow (even though the band split last year). By they way, I’ve been playing Clarinet for four, almost five years now, and I’m pretty good, too!
Oh yeah, by the way…
I’m back. 🙂
But as one door opens another must close… I am so sorry to say that former owner, Silver Wolf has granted me permission to further reconstruct and keep the blog moving in the right direction. She will still remain as an author on the blog itself, but she will be inactive due to the fact that she lost interest in Poptropica. We’re really sorry to see you go, Wolfy. 😦 I actually never thought that it would end like this… But it is her choice after all, and she is entitled to it. I will always support her decisions… Always.
Here’s a message that Silver Wolf wanted me to show you guys:
Hey, Silver Wolf here… You all know that I’ve owned this blog since the beginning. I’ve loved it, cherished it, and I’ve poured my heart and soul into everything about it. I remember when I had 10 views, only 3 people who ever came to visit, and how excited I was to be starting a blog that I loved and enjoyed; it was going to be something amazing.
Sadly, those dreams have come to an end. I’ve simply became extremely uninterested in Poptropica. If you notice, I still have medallions unfinished and I’ve been tied up with school. It hurts so much to do this, but I’m making Cool Smarticle the owner of the blog until I officially resign. I will still be called ‘Owner’ in the Author’s list, but that’s only because I have to tie up some loose strands with WordAds and the URL.
However, with my ever-so-losing interest in Poptropica, I have become more interested in Wizard101 (you can ask Brave Sky). Therefore, I’m going to be starting a blog about Wizard101 instead of Poptropica, and it should be up soon. So, I’m not leaving the blogging community entirely; I’m just leaving the Poptropica community.
Silver Wolf out. 😥
P.S. I didn’t make my own post simply because I didn’t have the heart to do it. This has been a hard decision for me. Happy April First, I guess. Quite a depressing one. 😦 The reason I have to do it today is because this week I’ll be taking state testing (you may have heard me complaining) and I won’t have the energy to make my leaving post, so I have to do it today before I chicken out.
