You interpreted correctly! Time Tangled Island is the next island that will be updated with sound, bigger screen, etc. And hopefully more glitches will go away! See? Sure Poptropolis was kind of boring to a lot of people, but now Time Tangled is coming! Of course it will be the same quest, so don’t get your hopes up too high. 🙂
