Happy Halloween!

I’m sure most of you have noticed the new theme which was released several days ago, but now we also have….. *drum roll* a Halloween header! This theme was inspired by PAw, our partnering site. As you can see, PAw has a spider emblem for Halloween and we have a jack-o-lantern. Cool, right? The finishing touches of the new theme include spider webs in the corners of the screen, a bone with slime at the top of a page, a skull for the comment button, and a spider web separating the current post(s)/page you’re looking at from the widgets (look at the bottom of the post/page to see the spider)! Here’s a cool pic:

Halloween Theme - Monster

The theme options lets you change the emblem to either Frankenstein, a vampire, a spider, a jack-o-lantern, a demon, or a skull.  We chose a jack-o-lantern because we thought it looked more…”halloweeny.” Anyway, to the header! The header features our logo, my Poptropican (vampire style), the Jersey Devil, pumpkins, bats,  and of course, the background for the house in New Jersey on Cryptids Island (hence the 666 number, depicting the “devil’s” number; the 9 is actually an upside down 6). All of these are from Poptropica, including the pumpkins, which are from Charlie Brown.
